Hit up SARL with the pops to do some black Friday fishing and we did alright even though we didn't get our hot spot due to the lake being super packed.
Lines are wet by 6:05 and first fish didn't bite until 7:45am caught on a pink and white mice tail, it rained on us for 3 hours straight but we stood our ground and kept on fishing with no bites. The rain gave us a little break around 10am then the bite picked up pretty good and we finished with 6 trout all caught on salmon peach powerbait and mice tails. Late report because I took off to frisco that night to watch my niners whoop on the Wams..
Species: 6 trout , missed about 5
Bait: Salmon peach Powerbait & Mice tails Carolina rigged on a 12 inch leader dipped in smelly jelly
