Turkey Shoot Tourney Team 57 SWAG report

Not much to report fishing for me. I was hunting Giants and lets just say it didn't pan out as planned :Confused:
Got reports all day long how the bait bite was on fire but smaller grade. Stuck to the game plan and trolled big lures for big trout. Go big or go home! Ended the day with a total of 3 hits and 1 snapped line. :Envious:
My partner in crime 5150 was on the trout and hooking up regularly so there was always some action.

Highlight of the trip as always is seeing the Great staff! They are like family to me!

Great pics Rob! It was a off day for us but our day will come! Lol. Good times as always spending the day on the water with you my brotha. The big fish weren't falling for our tricks today but we sure tried. Another great night around the campfire with some Big Daddy deep fried turkey! MMMMMMMmmmmmm. I got my limit of cookie cutter 2-2.5# fish but we needed the larger grade which for the most part had lockjaw. We know we could have caught a ton of smaller grade fish and maybe a biggun had we done the bait and wait game but that isn't how we roll! Lol! Troll big or go home!!!

Another holiday memory for the books, great time out there for sure...cracking up watching celebrity fishing videos on youtube, random jokes and fishing stories that never get old = PRICELE$$. Thanks for coming out and joining in on the late night antics! BTW John's beard was the biggest thing I caught all weekend :LOL:
