I have been considering joining a bass club lately but am not sure what I might be getting into. Im a boat owner and am looking to meet some new guys who might have some different perspectives than my usual group. I do not currently fish tourneys so a club that does them would be nice. I guess my question is how much time and commitment am i looking at? How does a club work, meetings, get togethers, fees? I have no clue what being in a club entails. Anyone who can with any insight or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I am in a club and it is a great experience. Monthly meetings and tournaments. Great friends and friendly competition. You can learn a lot from the other members. Low cost tournaments with great competition. Really no time commitment, just once a month meeting and then the tournament.

Look up our great club that meets in Irvine www.bassackwardsoc.com All the details are there.

See you at the next meeting.
