Hello there people. I hope all is well. I'm planning to hit up POLA for a tube session on Turkey Day and was wondering where can one legally tube around? I understand that there is a heated disagreement on public access to the port. So besides the docks where all the million dollar yachts are moored where else can one legally tube at? I've seen videos of guys tubing under these massive cylindrical pilings. Is that okay to fish at or is it a no go? Thanks!

I'd go to Cabrillo if you're looking to tube
