Strait Braid Perch Hunting

Well, decided to keep trying to learn how to cast well with

the Revo- Winch and Phonix swimbait combo w/Braid today.

Now I know Halibut are not line shy, but I was not so sure about the.

Perch, and therefore just threw the Braid with the LC just to see !!!

That's a healthy bunch of BSP that you got yourself there Danial! :Thumbs Up:

I've been fishing with straight braid for years now and I find it difficult to go back to mono.
I find that when the factory coating wears off the braided line that the wind knots stop occurring so frequently.

And besides .... I like not losing as many lures as the rest of the guys! :Wink:

Hey fishshep, Nice BSP you caught there! I too have been use'n braid tied straight to the LC. Have 15# on my 2500 spinner & 25# on my 4000.

Those bellies are awfully dark.
