Well I saw all the reports how the fishing from the dam was WFO. :ROFL:
So I decided to leave the boat at home and try some shore fishing for a change. :LOL:
Threw out some dam night crawlers, and some dam, chicken liver, followed by some dam sardines. The result was I didn't catch a dam thing.
Next time I think I will bring the dam boat. :ROFL:

You should have just hit the dam aqueduct if you were going to shore it anywhere. I see you live in Lancaster so it would have been dam close too. :Big Grin:

Did you fly line sardine? move toward the end dam. i got 9 today on the slow day..

What everyone is not saying is that there using some really dam fresh bait. They go to a fish market that is only sells the bait once a week for fresh sardines. Good luck now finding the dam place! Haha.

I tried the dam flyline thing, and the dam weight thing. It seams that it was just the dam weather changing that made it to dam hard to catch anything. I did an estimate that there was 1 fish caught for every 10 rods. One guy told me it had been great fishing all week long until that day. Story of my life. "A dollar short, and a day late."

fresh dine makes different. You can see a school of stripers hit the frozen sardine and turned away. They don't even bite the frozen sardine. I bought sardine at Asian Market. They are also very good too. Two guys used pike mackerel bought from Korea Market and hit limit very early. They fillet the bait and squeeze the bait make it soft. maybe it was your bad day.
