Got a chance to watch my daughters last home club soccer game at the park to today and her team won 1-0 . YAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!! ! 10 years ago she started at AYSO, and now it's about over, wow what a ride. Just so happens that the park she was playing at is the one in my hood, and yes it has a small lake, and I brought a couple of fishing rods to celebrate. Turns the fishing is still good and we picked up a couple of beats on 6 lb fly lined bait. Picked up this 20 plus pound beast in 3 feet of water on the south side of the lake.

My kids were busy climbing trees and chasing Canadian Geese today but finally wanted to start fishing , by then fours kids who's mom had brought them to the park wanted to fish too. They all said they had never caught a fish at the park before and wanted to try. So my daughter once again let the kids use her rod and reel and sure enough they hooked into a nice size beast. They all were so excited and thankful, and there mother said they all wanted to catch a fish. All four of them had their hands on the rod and reeled this fish in. Future fisherman and women in the making. The kids came up with the title of the thread.
