Yes you do. I forgot mine once while fishing there. Had to go to the mo val courthouse twice to clear it up. Real pain in the ***

They just busted some poachers there not too long ago, one of the many offenses was fishing without a license. It does beg the question though, why should you have to buy a license to fish in your backyard (if you live there) in the body of water that the state does not stock with fish?
