I caught this little guy while fishing for trout at Lake Gregory on Friday. Spotted bass I guess. What do you think?

I'd say that's a sculpin.

I believe freshwater sculpin. A major forage food for stripers and bass alike.

haha yeah...I guess a bass wouldn't have that big fin on the side. I had never seen a sculpin before this, and I had never fished at Gregory before either.

It's a freshwater sculpin. I know Big Bear is LOADED with em... So that's make sense that Gregory had some too..
