Does anyone know if they opened the lake since the government shutdown, or is it true they completely shut it down for the season? Thanks

Jenks lake is closed for the season, there are some hold overs in the lake from the last stocking, before the shut down. The gate is closed, so parking is at your own will, be sure to use your adventure pass.
