Arrived around 2PM, sun was shining and the wind blowing moderately. Headed over to the East Ramp since the wind was coming in from the east. To my surprise lots of people fishing on boats and shore. Guess everyone is getting their last few times in before winter shows up. Well the fish were biting super light and I found out why, they were all small. All around 9-10 inches long. Caught 4 fishing from 2-5 pm on powerbait from 18-36 inches off the bottom. Saw one other caught off shore and two caught off the fishing dock. The best part was when I was cranking one of the trout in a big fish was chasing it and the little trout went crazy. I think it might have been a bass, but didn't get a really good look at it.
Fish were all lip hooked on #18 trebles so I let them go to get a little bigger over the winter. See you next spring :)
