To answer your question , I paid just under $ 200.00 for this set up at Jimmy's Tackle shop over by Santa Ana River lakes on Tustin Blvd . I used this fishing set up for maybe an hour and a half fishing time . So, I think asking $ 160.00 for this set up is a good deal .

I have not heard back from the guy that wanted the fishing rod & reel so , it's for sale again. This is a really nice set up and worth the money I am asking for it . The Shimano rod has a lifetime warranty .
