Sarl question

Hey fnn ,Going to sarl on Sunday . Im going to try the catfish lake and the small lake . Any tips on where to fish,types of bait would be deeply appreciated. Thanks

not too sure on location , but for bait... Fresh mackerel and shrimp flylined have worked for me when i go for cats. i have also heard people use shrimp with marshmallows to float it

The catfish lake is closed and chris pond isn't getting stocked. Your best bet would be to rent a boat since they are 50% and go to the middle of the big lake and try your chances there

Wait just one week, they're going to stock trout on the 24th. That way you can fish for both cat's and trout at the same time. Hopefully one of them will bite. Me and my fishing partner Jared have gone 5 times to SARL in the last month for Cat's. They wanted shrimp so much better then anything else.
