Great weather and the day off, only means one thing;take the kids down to local park for some fishing domination!!! This time of year the fishing is usually good, but today we got lucky with non-stop action. Corn, tortilla, worms, all worked great and best of all the kids all caught there share of some good fighting beasts. All the fish were released after the photos.

This fish made up for today's loss by the DODGERS, not really!!!!!

All she could say was my arms are burning dad!!! And I'm like don't give up, she didn't and was rewarded.

This kid who watching asked if he could fish too, my daughter gave me the look, and I gave her the nod for O.K., She gave him a few pointers and guess what? The kid caught the biggest fish he had ever caught. Unfortunately his dad was on his phone up the hill and missed it. That kid will never forget it and my children will never forget the smile on his face!!!http://i391.photobucket.com/albums/oo353/carpinator_photos/017_zps2a845662.jpg (http://s391.photobucket.com/user/carpinator_photos/media/017_zps2a845662.jpg.html)
All together we landed 7 huge carp and lost 5, and a few SunFish and Blue Gill, it's hard to get the shot with the dorsal fin up.

I ended up getting the smallest carp of them all, man those kids are good!!!!! The Back-Yard Beast is still out there.

Nature shot. This red-eyed beast was highly aggressive, and stole 3-4 bluegill and sunfish, if they fell of the hook they were toast. Can anyone I.D. this fresh water pelican?

How fun is that? Hard to tell without seeing the whole body and knowing the size, but the bird looks like it could be some variety of night heron.

Those are great pictures for your family album. What a great day on the lake! Was that the full moon?

That night heron "appears" whenever a small fish comes out of the water. I confess I may have encouraged him some by feeding him once in a while.

Anyway, thanks for the great pictures and congratulations on such a fantastic fishing day.
