10/2 LB New A.O. Try Outs

Allrighty, God Almighty !!! :LOL: Decent catchin day today, but what has really got me hyped, and lookin forward to some what

some would call "Ninjah Fishin" is the fact that through many many years of just blindly obeying what I thought was a no go

area ,or MANY areas, especially in Malibu ,because of all the phoney signs, the so called "Private Property" Liars put up. I saw

some signs in LB that said "Warning Beware of The Rocks " Ok !!! I am "Warned " BUT:???: what does that mean :???: No Fishing ?

NO !!! It means what it says only, if there is no "No Fishing Signs" !!!! Signs that do not have a PC Code are usually Boloney.

So I fish the area with the "Warning Beware of Rocks" No one said anything, and there was LBC employees, and others all

around. NOW !!! :Big Grin: the thing now is to hit some of these areas in the early morn. So we will see :Smile:

really not to much catching today , because of fishing diff. spots than I usually do, but these will be dialed in soon I

hope.

Yep, that,s what it is, and actually it was almost wide open on them if you wanted
to risk getting snagged in the rocks !!! Thing is I learned in that new area,is that you
look for the tiny, but multitude of little bait ball minnows, that are real close to the rocks,
and that is where all the queenfish are, feeding on them . Caught more bass that way to, but
they were small.Getting there O,Dark should really make a diference though next time. Was
fishing 8lb. Floro I got at the past HG Event a coulple of years ago, but next time, going to
throw the newer 12lb. Izorline because SOMETHING !!! :Shocked: bit the 3in Minnow right off and snapped
the line with a huge Bendo !!! :EyePop:

That first pic tells all. DFG agent told me a couple weeks ago that that you can fish anywhere in Calif unless posted 'No Fishing'. Around the corner LA river mouth gets a lot of bait too. Legal Halis caught on the 3 short public fishing piers too. Love your multi species reports. WTG.

Had a guy, looked like a maint. man, tell me yesterday "Your not allowed to fish on the rocks" So, I told him what you said, the
DFG said , but he was real adament about it, but I still think being on wet rocks means high tide line legality. He said I was on
private property ? I need to carry some copy of law or DFG regs on me !!! :Rolls Eyes::mad:
