Has anyone actually explored Monrovia Canyon and found any fishable water? I hiked it just last week and there was nothing but a tiny trickle wrapping its way the canyon. I have a hard time understanding how it could ever have been stocked?

As you know, the entire California range of Mountains are gripped in a severe drought. Areas that always held running water are dry. Unless we get some serious snow this winter, things will only get worse.
