AA & Captain Hands O Steel

[Double A]

Headed out this morning with Captain Hands O Steel. ( I'll get to that later )
1st boat in line @ 5:15
Launched the Silver Bullet and we were off.
Motored for about 5 minutes... BOIL
We both hooked on good fish, but Mikes came unbuttoned : (
The boiled slowed a little to just scattered pops, continued to get blow up's, but no stick.
Enough of that, so we started the troll.
Picked off fish regularly, not like Friday, but still pretty consistent.

Came around a corner... Boil !!!
Let the troll rods just sink behind us,
Moved in and reached for our weapons.
Unfortunately, Mike grabbed for his rod in the holder, and grabbed a handful of trebles !!!
Don't ask me what he had tied on, but two of the cheap a** hooks broke off in his hand... Captain Hands O Steel. It was so funny, bcuz he ended up fine...
And ended up sticking nice fish of that boil.

That boil died out, so back to the troll, while looking for busting fish.
They didn't come back up for us, but we continued wacking em on the troll.

AA always good times Bro!!! It has seemed that every trip is getting better and better. Hands OSteal TOO FUNNY!
I can't believe that crap with those trebles? Straight went in my hand and both shattered!!! I seriously thought My hand was toast! Turned out great I didn't toss that one on a boil.

Those boils really added to our day and it was great that they were better grade!!

I know which top water you had tied on. One of two pals made it. Tell them about your hook issue breaking off in your hand.

That lure was a spook that I think I pulled off some cheap little trout lure and used the trebles last year. I switched out right after. I had 2 rods both tied with tw lures in case I needed them. And I did.
