SMB Squid Report

FYI, Been seeing some Bait Boats making squid at night between Rocky Point PV and Flat Rock Point about 1 mile off Rat Beach. Probably about 60' to 90' of water.
Last night there was 5 boats lit up spaced about 100 yards apart.

Also off Hermosa 1 1/2 miles off shore a 3-5 boats lit up the last couple days.

Heard of some WSB around but not many reports ?

Rocky Point to Point Dume and all of SMB is off limits to commercial boats to catch squid or fish for resale. The boats that can catch squid for resale is bait boats only that supply bait barges and private boaters for bait or eating (calamari).

Not many PBers fishing these spots also. So basically if nobody is fishing or reporting on WSB or Sandbass ?WHO KNOWS? what is out there ?

5 Boats lit up tonight off Flat Rock Pt. None at Hermosa.
Just got back from going to check it out, no ocean view from my pad.

North side Palos Verdes
Mapquest Palos Verdes
Malaga Cove
Bluff Cove
Lunada Bay

Just check Redondo Sportfishing fish count if any action going on then the Redondo Special 1/2 day boat should be on it.
