here are some pictures of a lunker punker style swimbait that i am working on. just need to add weight and paint it. any opinions or tips welcome please!

I would use some bigger trebles and split rings.

those are size x1 owner hooks but yeah maybe putting some size two on there wouldnt hurt

the bait is 8 inches so it kind of makes the hooks look a little smaller then they are.

use st-66's they are the strongest. If its a 8in punker put on some 2/0 stingers

Looks really good and you've got some skills! Are those screw in eyes? If so, any worries about them pulling out?

Great looking work. If those are screw-in eyes, however, like FishingwithDave mentioned, I would be worried about them pulling out.

Great work by you! As soon as I saw the pictures in your post I thought you needed larger hooks. Your bait is awesome and the paint job looks like a 10. I bet there is a lot of work to make a swimbait as nice as yours. Good luck making them for sale.
