This is a beautiful Shimano 6500 baitrunner spinning reel in very good condition.
A great reel for saltwater or heavy freshwater fishing. Comes with a gear ratio of 4.3 to 1, will hold 270 yds. of 20 lb , 230 yds. of 25 lb or 185 yds. of 30 lb. test mono.
Has three ball bearings plus instant anti-reverse, dyna-balance rotor, and made with a graphite and titanium frame.
Can be used left or right handed and has water proof drag system.
I have seen these used from Catfish, Stripers, Shark and just about everything else. Shimano makes one of the best drag systems on the market if not the best.
