Hit-up CDM as my buddy cant go far from the OC these days for some early fishing.
It was already muggy and hot at 645 when we arrived blech.
Big Big Big swell sets were tossing a 3oz weight like it was nothing, but still managed to hook into some fish
during the calmer sets when the salad allowed.
Couple of nice Leos, couple YFC, and one tiny ray.

I know what you mean. My last few sessions I end up wanting to swim rather than fish haha. It looks like you caught some fish and had some fun.

Ditto. I was contemplating taking off my waders this morning and fishing in my boxer shorts.

It was definitely swimming temps out there over the past couple days. Way to get on some fish. No better way to spend a hot morning!

Woah 3 oz weights? I prob wouldn't be surf fishin if I had to use those :LOL:
