Nice! Good to see you sharing the addiction with your buddy. I visited my Mom this past weekend and found my old 8wt fly rod in the storage collecting dust. I haven't touched it since my very first and horrible attempt at fly fishing the surf (Only caught one perch on it and it was SNAGGED LOL). Your reports have inspired me to fly fish for the spotties and put in some real use with it.:Cool:

Did not catch the sharks on the fly this time but all the bass we got @ 40'

I wish; that's my buddies East cape vantage. Thing is legit! That's a pic of us poonin in the panhandle. My buddy guides for poon and red fish on the fly.
