Hey guys,
I'm an old surf-fishing rookie (and not a very good one haha) in the OC area and haven't really explored much of the Malibu (and north/south) areas at all. This weekend, my wife and I will be up in the Chatsworth area per my in-laws' request. I figure this will be a good opportunity to head out to a local beach or two and try our luck. Gotta make use of the fishing licenses :)
Anyway, I was considering Sunday and or Monday. Any beaches you'd recommend within good range of Reseda and Chatsworth with pretty easy/free parking and relatively low on the crowds that you'd recommend? We might be willing to go as far up as Port Hueneme and as south as Will Rogers (preferably would want to stay around this area though). Or is anybody interested in giving a tour to some Malibu-area surf fishing newbs? Would really appreciate it. Could use a lesson or two anyway LOL
