Handy cap card

Well I was legally disabled in 1997 but never got a card because I lived way up North in California and there is so many lakes to go to and park on the beach I did not get one. we were in Bear country and no one ever fishes with the Bears but they let me fish with them , but they always cheched out my stringer, after seven years fishing in the same spot they started bringing there cubs , it was fun fishing there but there was one condition they had, (THE FISH) Well today I got my card, my wife and I drove into the parking lot and there were easley Two hundred people in line, my wife said this will take all day , what are you going to do, I said go to the head of the line, and we did , she was nervous, she said your going to get it, well the moral of this note is always get an appointment, I walked in and not one person was at the appointment window, we were in and out in fifteen minues.
