Advice of Hot Spots inside Redondo Harbor?

I'm going Kayaking/Fishing for the first time around Redondo Harbor i wonder if anyone had any advice of hotspots for halibuts,bonito,mackeral any type of fish in general? any help would be greatly appricaite
