Seal Beach Pier 7/24

[Bass Boy 14]

Went down to seal beach pier yesterday for a few hours. It was cold with the wind there at night :Cold Fishing: Only got one fish at the last minute. We were ready to leave and our last pole out got a hit and we caught this guy.

I love when I end the night on a nice catch. It makes you appreciate the whole night even more. Nice catch man!

Good job. I went out last night, I fished Newport back bay. I lost two sting rays.

Thanks guys. It did make the whole chilly night worth it. Too bad about the sting rays, Greg. The bite at seal was small and light. We had a lot of mini hits, but nothing to hook up until that last hit.

Well one ray broke my hook and the other one broke my 8 lbs leader. But it was fun fishing off one of the docks in Newport. I know it was cold I was in shorts and shorts sleeve shirts no jacket.
