Was at big bear today from 12-3... tried juniper point with no luck so i eventually moved over to the east launch ramp and hooked into a bass. It was about a pound which, from what i hear, is about average size for this lake. Just before we left my dad caught a nice little trout on a night crawler and a carp on some corn. Saw literally 20 plus fish jump everywhere i looked but only caught 3 total. Still was a fun day at the lake regardless. Heading over to Jenks lake tomorrow in search of some bass. Ill be fishing from shore so any tips on what to throw and where to fish would be greatly appreciated.
