More stuff not reported. The ' LEAN ' factor. When you think it is over then the 'Lean Twist' comes into play. :Rolls Eyes:
Was he on a candy run or drug ingredient run ?
New twist to the story 'Lean' or 'Drank'
When will it end. DR

Skittles, Arizona Iced Tea, Robitussin = ‘Drank’ or ‘Lean’

Lean is a mixed drink originating in the Southern Rap culture. It is a mixture of Promethazine and Codeine cough syrup and a soft drink such as Sprite (usually). While other soft drinks may be used, Sprite was the original. [And now also Arizona Watermelon for Watermelon Drank/Lean]

There are some variations of Lean. For example, Promethazine and Codeine syrup is usually Purple in color. But there are other colors of syrup that work the same way. There is a golden-colored syrup (hydrocodone based) and other colors as well.

Lean slows you down. It makes you feel good. It’s meant to be sipped on, and it taste damn good. One of the best feelings you will ever experience. Euphoria with a hint of sedation. …”

Lean is also the drug mixture that killed Pimp C.

DXM” is an abbreviation for the cough suppressant Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide — which is the active ingredient in the cough-syrup brand Robitussin.

DXM causes physical and psychological effects that may be frightening or unpleasant… Psychological effects can include profound disorientation, depression, a feeling of personal disintegration, or a feeling of “unreality” and disconnection that may persist for days. Chronic use may cause depression, psychological dependency, and possibly brain damage. Large doses may be associated with psychotic breaks…

In answer to the question “What’s the DXM Trip Like” the author says:

“Well, that depends on how much you take. There are four different kinds of experiences, based on the dosage; these are called plateaus.

The first plateau is a mild stimulant effect with a little bit of a buzz, and has been compared to MDA [a more psychedelic cousin of MDMA -aka-"Ecstasy"].

The second plateau is more intoxicating and has been compared to being drunk and stoned at the same time.

The third plateau is dissociative, like a lower dose of ketamine.

The fourth plateau is fully dissociative like a higher dose of ketamine.

You should not [emphasis original!] attempt higher plateau doses unless you have someone with you who can take care of you in case you get sick or freak out. It happens on DXM.”

Trayvon Autopsy: (Skittles+Arizona Watermelon Juice+Robitussin=“Lean") Causes Aggression & Liver Damage

Among its reports, Trayvon Martin’s drug use, explaining how the Skittles and Arizona Watermelon Fruit Juice Cocktail drink he carried that night are ingredients that, when mixed with dextromethorphan (DXM) cough syrup, create “Lean”, a concocted high which can cause psychosis and aggression over the longer term. According to the autopsy report, Martin’s liver showed damage consistent with DXM abuse.

Houston, Texas producer DJ Screw popularized the concoction, which is widely attributed as a source of inspiration for the "chopped and screwed" style of hip hop music.[3][11] Originally, the active ingredient of "syrup" was cough syrup containing promethazine and codeine. The concoction first gained popularity in the underground rap scene in Houston,[11] where musician Big Hawk said it was consumed as early as the 1960s and 1970s, becoming more widespread in the early 1990s.[12] Its use later spread to other southern states.[3] Because of usage by rap artists in Houston, it became more popular in the 1990s.[13]

In June 2000, Three 6 Mafia's single "Sippin' on Some Syrup," featuring UGK, brought the term "purple drank" to a nationwide audience.[2] Three 6 Mafia's single "Rainbow Colors" featuring Lil' Flip pertains to the consumption of purple drank; the addition of a Jolly Rancher candy to a cup of purple drank creates a spectrum of colors, hence the name.

In 2004, the University of Texas found that 8.3% of secondary school students in Texas had taken codeine syrup to get high.[3] The Drug Enforcement Administration reports "busts" involving syrup across the southern United States, particularly in Texas and Florida.[3]

As of 2011, the price of purple drank in Houston is twice the price in Los Angeles.[13]

Yup, I heard about this some time ago. But don't expect those who support the "agenda" to allow this to pass without ridicule. Anyone who sees this "trayvon" thing for what it truly is, a tool being used by the progressive left to further their attempts at dividing this nation, will be character assassinated. Count on it...

Many kids like skittles and drink Ice Tea. Just like the evidence wasn't there to convict Zimmerman the thought that 2 ingredients (that are not normally the primary ingredients of the drink) purchased ='s the drink is a big time reach and has no purpose other than to further divide us and create trouble.

Even if this was a truth it is a big time reach with evidence provided and in the end even if true does very little to expose what actually happened that night. Wrong on this one DR!

The way I see it Seal is it shows character. It, among other evidence, shows that Trayvon was not this nice little 13 year old the media and race baiters want him to be seen as. The damaged liver the autopsy revealed shows a 17 year old hell bent on a path to destruction, which indeed happened. It takes a lot of drugs to do that kind of damage, let alone in a 17 year old...

Bleh, even more stupidity. Paranoia, as much racial hangup from those crying "AGENDA!" as the racebaiters, unfounded and unsupported supposition, and the notion that you can only paint Trayvon one of two ways - angel or thug.

Sooo... An incredible reach by DR is used to prop up another incredible reach by HawgZ which then "proves" Martin deserved what he got.....

I won't pull another Forrest Gump and try to do a thread jack. However we will talk later about the progressive left trying to divide the nation.
