Down in the inner Port of LA from China Shipping under the VT bridge along Yang Ming terminal all the way to Tra Pac (Wilmington) there is tons of Oysters. At low tide you can see them. They are white and all over the place. These oysters are not anywhere else in the Port. Not at Terminal Island, Cabrillo and not in Long Beach. Weird ?
At Harbor Park in Harbor City there is a Dam with a overflow that runs into a pipe that goes underground down Gaffey along the refinery under the 110 to Yang Ming.
Don't plan on eating one but could be good bait. No public access around there. This strange oyster zone has had me puzzled for years. Any theories on this or has anyone see oysters somewhere else in So Cal ?
