Cold and windy 5.30-6am when I arrived, but with clear skies and nice

fishy lookin waters all up and down the N. SAMO Coast. The other guy I

was going to meet with (Pm. ing each other about the meet place and or time),

tells me "Im not the 5. 30am fishing type of guy !!! http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif I had

one of those Coulda, woulda , wanted to make fun of him ,heart/ tongue

tests goin on in my mind http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif but we agreed to meet about

8am. to a perchin area, which we did http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif AFTER I was throwing the

Hardbait for Hali,s http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif Don,t know what it is, but just love being there

ready to fish just before sunrise http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif Hali spot was filled with Micro- Weed

Threw the hardbait with my new REVO Winch for a strait hour but

to no avail http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif Getting so addicted to throwing the Hardbait with

that REVO now, who knows http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_idea.gif Might get some Legals now, instead

of the usual "Pancakes" Hit another (Before I meet up) perch spot to

get a decent size one, and that turned out to be the better one for the

short session, for me. Met up with the other fisherman at 8.30 am.

to a low 2.0 and we both really had to put our Polorized glasses to work,

so we could find what sparse trenches there actually were !!!! We

managed to scrape out a bunch of mediums, which was fun while it

lasted, yet by 11am the waters were to low .,not covering the

trenches/holes ,so we left, to maybe try again next week on a 4ft. plus

tide ? Funny thing was, while we were talking/ fishing about other past,

"used to be good at this area and that stuff" I happened to mention,

"MAN !!! I remember when fishing this coast, I always had a KM set up

ready to go, just in case the Birds were diving on something on the way

back !!! Used to be good !!! " WELL WHAT DO YA KNOW !!! Saw this off the

the side of the road.

Had the Hardbait, on the REVO set up already, so threw that for

1/2hr. Switched to a Blue Chrome KM and lost that snagging a

bird on my line (He flew into it ) so had to cut the line http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif Tied the

Kroc, and snagged a baitfish l: http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif and that was it !

Here is the most Decent one for the day,

Nice BSP. Thanks for all your reports. It's like I'm doing the fishing with reading them all . Haven't been able to get out on the water as much but hopefully will have something worthy to post when I do.

Nice job on the piggy FS! Gets the blood flowing pretty quick when you see bird action like that. Surprised I haven't seen more of that considering how much bait I've been seeing around. Seems like quite the change of pace for you this summer, but I'm kinda missing your flapjack stack reports. Look forward to hearing some soon...

Flapjacks :LOL::LOL: I can get almost any low tide in a certain LBC Location  But probably going to focus on the Malibu Coast

for some decent Hali action during upcoming week vacation. Yet, if waves are to high in the BU sometimes, then will hit

LBC and beyond.
