3rd Annual Dana Rea Memorial Tournament slated for August 24th

As promised each summer Irvine Lake will host the Dana Rea Memorial Tournament.
This year it will be on Saturday August 24, 2013-
This is not a qualifier tournament or a money tournament.
This is a tournament to honor and remember our dear friend Dana.
Trophys will be given to angler with the heaviest 1st, 2nd and 3rd place catfish.
Lake hours will be 6am until midnight final weigh in time will be 11 pm
Side Pot $20 buy in (optional)

is there any way we can do it like the first dana rea and fish until 4am? either way i met dana one time and we talked for 2 hours and we both gave eachother a man hug at the end of that 2 hours.

I just want to say Thank You and Irvine Lake for hosting this tournament every year in honor of a very Dear Friend of mine and so many others who had the privilige fo knowing Dana "Fisherman 57" Rea. I'm looking forward to attending and I know, like always, this is going to be a good time reminiscing about some of the past Team 57 events at Irvine Lake and memories of times spent with Dana.
