anyone been to elizabeth lake since the fire?

I plan on taking 3 of my daughters (age 4,6,8) fishing tomorrow(thurs) our go to spot is Elizabeth lake but we haven't been out fishing yet this year. Does anyone know if there is anything alive there between the low water level and fire last month. my other options are Apollo park but I never hear about fishing there during the summer, or Brite Lake in Tehachapi. Fishing with my girls I need a good shore line to play on not far from the parking lot.

Its more dead than it was before the fire lol. So its like super dead lol
Water level is really low to about 6' from the end of the launch ramp. And last time I was there dead catfiah all over the shoreline
