Got some crabs and headed to a spot I wanted to try, after about 45 min I saw a corbina cruising and so I tossed a crab into the trench behind. No takers, so I let it just sit for about 7-10 min. My line starts moving down the beach, so I pull up and now its fish on. 21", another the same size came swimming along side during the fight. Pretty cool to see.
I fished another 25 min then packed it on to head back up to my car. As I was walking back I spotted another slider
, I dug to see if there were any crabs there. Luckily I pulled out a softshell. I knew it was meant to be. I tossed it in and got picked up quick. This one was a little smaller. Set it free then came home. I'll be back tomorrow.
