I thought shad or bluegill but the mouth is too small to be a bluegill and it was white with stripes like a striper Someone said tilapia , but I dont know. Came out of the duct by firebaugh . Hand size

Looks like a tilapia to me.

Just googled tule perch , and that's what it is . Thanks I heard some guys catch them with roostertails in the duct.
