Mackerel

I was wanting to catch some fresh Mac for catfish but I don't know what areas to fish for them or what bait to use to catch them. When I went to my local Asianmart they told me the mackerel was shipped from Taiwan or something like that. Any info will be greatly appreciated

Goto a pier with a sibiki rig. Jig it up and down. That should do the trick if they are around.
