FYI Silverwood is closed to boats on Tuesday the 25th due to lake "construction" swimming won't be allowed till afternoon but boats will not be allowed on the lake that day per the sign at the entrance to the lake.

I did not get a chance to stop and ask why tonight, bluestone? I don't know weird that the whole lake is closed to boats but will open at noon for swimming, I'll ask and update later.

It is for "algae treatment", funny the lake listed it as "construction".

Seal, Thanks for the info! Was curious as to if/when they were going to do "construction" soon.

I'd call it medium, shoreline very accessible.

I wet wade all the time and have never had a problem with bug bites? Although everybody has different tolerances to stuff and the bugs are out in force right now.

I worry more about the baby diapers floating around!

I sure hope it's for algae. Went to Live Oak last night and the shoreline is brutal.

Was thinking about hitting it up tonight. You think the bluestoneing will affect the bite?
