6/16 San Clemente Report

Went back out to San Clemente this morn around 6:30. It was a learning day today. Finally found troughs and holes so i know what y'all are talking about now. Also learned what happens when tou stumble into one.

Caught several small perch but did see some corbina and a couple other flat fish swimming right up against the edge of the trough which was cool. Threw my whole LC 110 arsenal (6) and only had one hit.

Was really nice out today and I had a good time. Need to get down here more often, if for no other reason, just to get the hell out of Bako.

Yes, be careful stepping forward into the trench/trough... you can go from knee deep to neck deep in an instant. :Shocked:
