Fished Gregory from about 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm with my wife.
I grew up here and it has been a while since I have fished the lake so it was good to be back. Other than the A-holes who feel that graffiti on pine trees is a good idea, the place hasn't changed at all.
We fished the west shore, just north of the ball fields. My wife caught two nice trout, both released at the shore and no pics taken. Both were in the 12-14 inch range, both caught on Rainbow Power Bait.
I caught 40-50 small bluegill on pieces of nightcrawler, all released.
Also caught one confused crappie in the middle of all the 'gills.
All in all a fantastic day with beautiful weather. Made me want to move back.
