Catfish Kickoff Results

What a night of fishing!! Tons of fish in that 4-8lb class made their way to the scales but it would take a fish over 9lbs just to crack the top 10! By far one of the best openers on record here at Irvine Lake! The fish where biting back in the flats and near mid lake. Finding the right fish was the key to placing in this tournament.

Its really basic math 9 pounds 15 ounces is larger then 9 pounds 7 ounces 15 ounces weighs more than 7 ounces I hope this helps

Thanks for clarifying things. Didn't realize the numerical values were pounds and ounces separated by a decimal. I thought the units were in pounds only.Big difference in the math..
