trolling gear help

I did a quick search on the site & didn't find any write ups on trolling gear maybe I missed it.....if there is can u help push me in the right direction

Well my buddy jus got a nice little boat & we need to get set up with some trolling gear for trout piru bishop june loop those areas

So what kinda rods & reels should we be using from the cheap to not cheap
We will be useing lead core
