Great day on the water on the Sea Jay out of channel Islands. First fishie on the boat AND JP to boot. Bait? Live squid did the
trick. This babe went 38lbs. Caught a second, smaller model but it added to the count for the boat. Could have caught a dozen if we didn't limit out
so early. Yeah, I'm wearing my jammies........THIS WAS last sunday just running behind getting reports out. Get out there and get um, its going to be a great summer especially with the yellow tail showing up at CI this early in the year. Take care all

Way to go OFG!!!:EyePop: Nice biscuit and JP to boot. I think things are shaping up well for the season. YT at the island and BFT (BIG brutes) 170 miles out...sounds like fun in the sun this year. Word has it that about half of the tuna pen fleet has folded up shop, so more for the recreational guys to target! Time for you to get out there and do some damage girl...that's already a heck of a start!:Wink:

Thanks all, hardest part is finding the time to get out there and get um. Looks like I may be able to get out there a couple of times next weekend. We have T57 Jammies? At least I am colorful. I really want to hit the surf, but the legs don't work so well in the sand....Take care all.
