So next Saturday is the derby they have at Cerritos lake and I seen it says 7 am to 11 am, are those the hours only kids can fish or the fishing derby hours?

Yes!!! They won't let you fish from Wed- to the end of the derby.

My friend tried to fish there Wed and got kicked out so sounds to me its still on. Don't see any reason for it not to
