I was thinking of heading to Irvine Saturday in my tube. I was wondering how the bass bite was doing. I will be fishing the Flats most of the day. Can anyone share some info. Thanks!:Envious:

I haven't been bass fishing at the Vine in a couple of weeks. Went with Capt. Don Spencer and we did really well. Don told me last week that the bass have
transitioned more into a reaction bite. That is, crank baits and spinner baits. The big swim baits will probably work very well also. Hopefully Jimmy will chime in here with a more defined answer.
