Guide trip sat ofg and lori striper and kitty action

got a pm from the ofg she said she wanted to kill some stripers ,i said sure thing. got to the lake dropped the boat in the water tied up to the dock went to start the motor the battery was dead i must have left something turned on and drained the battery, put the boat back on the trailer head to the parking lot where i could work on it. good thing i always have two extra trolling motor batteries always juiced up read to go, did the battery swap and it was back down to the ramp. ofg and lori walked to the dock loaded there stuff and we started. we trolled from the marina to the bait area with hardly anything on the graph and only a couple taps on the rigs . pulled up on the bait spaot dropped anchors and went to work . after a bit we got hit so we knew what direction to cast. then we put some in the deadwell. only problem was here comes the lake lice in full force making huge racket driving right next to us in big loudass boats , we pulled anchor and headed for cutbait corner ,got there metered fish and bait and started fishing . the fish would come and go ,but the stripers we did get were larger units putting up great fights.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,thank you agin chris and lori for using my service,,,,,,,,bob,,,,,,,,,,,

TO, Nice looking fish. After the last few Saturdays, I was so tired of inconsiderate pleasure boaters that I tried Castaic just to get more space to get away. I was willing to risk getting skunked just for a day with less harassment. Barely kept the skunk away (see report) and with the exception of one skiboat problem, it was less iritating than the last trips to Pyramid. Guess I'll have to quit my job so I can fish on Tuesdays!

When I saw you pull the boat out of the water, I was confused... If your clients cancelled you wouldn't go home... I figured maybe they called and were late and you might have decided to really move your boat. I also think we saw you from the 5 out there fishin as we headed for the barn.
