Me and my old man Striper fishing

He retired a few weeks ago from being an electrical engineer and wanted to start fishing with me Like the olden days when I was a little kid.
Launched before 8am and told him I was gonna troll for a bit. After 30 min and no hits I didn't want him to get bored so I took him to bait.
Started hooking up instantly. Back to back to back to back then dead. Looked around and there were 7 boats around me. Hmmm time to move.
Make a move and again HOOKUPS. Mixed dinks and better grade. Took home 17 and threw back over 10. Trolled back in and only caught a couple green carp.

At the end my old tells me "I had a lot of fun catching fish but next time lets troll more" right on pops!!

btw...KEY IS FRESH BAIT!!!

The bako boys don't get all high school drama class when we "practice" with other partners.

Its a way for us to spread our knowledge to fledgling Bako boys in the angling community (not say in MikesOcean was one in this case)

We fish with multiple partners, we don't trip and get butt hurt like most if the other does.
