Gorgeous and slow day at Bport and upper twin

Caught 4 in the morning on shore of Bport ... had a great meal at H Café ... then on to Virginias ... Little apparently open ... Big is still iced over but very close.
So ... onto Upper Twin ... 1 fish in about 3 hours on a pink Trout Worm

Weather was gorgeous ... maybe too good? ... great day of fishing and sightseeing with an amigo ... but not too great catching.

somebody fell thru the ice at big that week. bummers they were ok tho. lil virg gate was closed but i hiked down to the lake and it too had tons of ice and very small places to fish. i did hit the creek. it was flowing well but the levels were low. another week from now things will be looking really good id say.
