Sarl - 4/27/13 near limits

Long story short;
arrived at SARL lake at 5:00 am Sat, hardly anyone in line...hmmm
rented a sweet pontoon boat and fished until noon straight up.
hardly anyone fishing from shore, not like the usual shoulder to shoulder shoreline, hmmm
3 of us tanglers :EyePop:
14 rainbow trout total!
most fish caught on the mice tails and a few caught on garlic pb.

Had a greatest day on the water with two of my best friends!

My advice - get out there and catch some trout everyone!!!

PS - Corona is on fire too, my buddy limited out yesterday...

Sounds sweet. Nice. Fishing next to others in crowds suck. Nice to hear you can launch your lines without worrying about tangling lines with others.

I've been to sarl three times and got skunked each time. Caught trout in every other lake/river I've been to. I wouldn't fish at sarl again if it was the last body of water left on the planet. Not saying it's a bad place. I just don't seem to have good luck there. Just frustrated that after $75, I still haven't had a fish to show for it.
