Wednesday Striper Action

Hey guys,

Made it out to the Mid for a shorter-than-normal session.

Had nothing to show for a couple hours on my spot.

Trolled around and caught a nice largemouth.

Marked a ton of bait and dropped anchor.

Moved a little bit downwind.

Put on some John Coltrane and it was on!

Threw the first one back because I didn't think I was going to get any more and had to leave soon.

5 mins later caught a nice one and kept it.

Then double hookup with one going about 21''.

After 5 stripers I had to leave to go teach.

I hate leaving biting fish!

Dog was better today except he ate one of the sardines... Gross!

Nice job out there got to get the boat back together and get out there. Plus got a new pup (ridge back) he eats every thing he can get in his mouth! But loves water so will be a boat dog for sure.

Congrats, seems like you fund yourself some good bait. were you over at the same area that we met last week or you fund them somewhere else. I want to try that area but that seems like a heavy traffic area.
