It's been quite a while since we fished from a rental skiff in NPB..can't remember if you can mount a trolling motor to the transom. Seems to me that the motor screw clamp won't fit because the boat is too thick? Anyone know? It's hard to fish docks with a moving tide without a trolling motor. And what's the rate now for an entire day?

50-100 for the day depending. newp landing has em, daveys, a few others too. not sure bout the trolling motor but ive seen a few with them on already. get a scoop of live from the bait dock, nail tons of bass and hali while your tossin your artificial!
I used to rent with a few buddies a lot and we all just decided to put that money toward float tubes instead. It's a lot nicer in a tube and you can get a good work out AND catch fish at the same time.
