I don't think that was a baby shark.....looked like a tuna or albacore............pucker factor right there!!!

Take a close look at 0:19-0:21 of the video, while he certainly reacts to the shark jumping after his tuna early, his bigger reaction, I think, is to the shark bumping the bottom of the kayak as he tries to unhook the tuna.
